Aura-Soma® |
| The Aura-Soma system offers a unique way of working with colour that offers insight and healing on emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It was created in the UK in 1983 and there are currently around 800 trained practitioners working with the system across the world. |

The system is based around a set of 'Equilibrium' bottles, made up of two coloured fractions: an oil-based fraction floating above a water-based fraction. These bottles carry the energies of plants, crystal and colours and each combination has a specific meaning, based on the colours and the combination of colours it contains. An Aura-Soma consultation offers benefits in two ways: the colours of the bottles you choose reflect your deepest nature and needs, which your practitioner will work with you to understand. The oils and other Aura-Soma products then work with your own energy and bring about healing as you apply them to your body and your aura to address the issues connected with the bottle's meaning. The Aura-Soma range is a living system which continues to grow as new bottles are introduced, representing changes in the evolution of human consciousness.
